I highly recommend not buying a terrarium from them, they will not supply you with lighting.

The imported terrarium does not correspond to the order. The fluorescent lamp is missing - it should have been delivered separately, but it never came, no one takes the phone to answer e-mails only if I write from another address. I did not receive any invoice or other document for the terrarium. The overall processing of the terrarium is absolutely appalling. I do not recommend buying anything here.

Since I only read negative reviews here, I would like to write for us as well. Several variants are offered by appointment. Terrarium delivered on time, in response to e-mails during the weekend in no time. Delivered without fluorescent lamps but with the promise of additional shipping, understandable for us, can happen. The willing driver helped me with the terrarium to the 2nd floor. The processing came to us in order, we have not found any shortcomings yet. Satisfaction for us, negative reviews are written well, it's a pity that those satisfied are usually lazy to take the job and share their own experience with others. Thanks
