Elsner bistro

The place itself consist from two parts. One room is the big room with rounded table, wine offer and a fridge for deserts. The second one is the one that you get in when you enter the restaurant. It contains the fridge for soft drinks and a table with an offer of pastries. The menu is displayed right at the entrance door and then it's brought by one of the waitresses to the table. The place has also English menu. I had zucchini spaghetti for a dinner and I must say that they are great! Just count with the fact that it's a cold dish. The prices are average or maybe higher. I paid 400 Kč without a tip for two people for a dinner and a drink. What I didn't like were high tables - I needed to bend to eat my dinner. I don't think this was the case with the tables in the regular high. Also the toilet is not at the main building - I needed to get outside of the restaurant, find the toilet door at the end of the inner house passage and walk few steps downstairs to get there.

The quality of food is absolutely amazing! I still feel the mouth-watering taste of their desserts - the butter cream was an excquisite piece of culinary arts. The eggs for breakfast were done perfectly with solid white and just a bit runny yolk. It seemed expensive at first (small dessert for 95 CZK), but after you taste it, you won’t regret. The interior is also modern and nice. And the interesting thing is that you can make tea or pour filtered coffee by yourself, so it is sold for a reasonable price.

Elsner Bistro means warm welcome and high quality products. All the waitresses were super nice, smiley and professional. This place really has high standards and low prices, I strongly recommand you the bread, one of the best I ever had in Brno :)

Best french pastry in town, super breakfasts and very nice selection of wines. Beatiful place for every occasion. Little bit confusing system of orders, but when you ask them, staff will help you.
