Frgály (dough cakes) from Moravian Wallachia made with care. The place offers primarily a delivery of the cakes, but it's also possible to go to their shop and see if they have some cake left, as I did. A man that was selling at the place was also the cook that prepares everything. It was nice to talk to him, as he explained to me why he has started to make the cakes, why he does have the shop, and what are his plans with the shop in the future. Luckily for me, the place had all of the cakes and I could choose a half of a full cake with soft cheese topping. It was more than enough for me and my lunch. I likes the taste, but as I'm used to other taste of frgály from the markets in Brno, I would add more topping, as the dough appeared to me to be too dry. Available toppings are soft cheese, poppy seed, walnut, plum jam, and pear jam. I paid with cash and not sure if it's possible to pay with a card in the shop.

In the vicinity, neither near nor far, you will not find anything better than these frgals. This is because honesty and quality are at stake here, and most importantly, the heart is put into it. That one should look today. I know it will always be. And here, I will always return. This is really TOP.
