The beer is really good, it was my favorite place to go but several times I encountered very rude waiters. I was willing to overcome this setback, but the last time was my final time. I brought foreign friends there to present them the local beer, but the waiter was unbelievably rude from the very start. He criticized us for our choice, let us wait for a long time, wasn't willing to bring us menu and I felt bad for my friends having to endure this terrible experience in a pub I chose. Naturally, we didn't leave any tips and the waiter got even ruder. We left and I don't plan to come any time soon.
Famous place in Brno. Beer is nice and fresh. Food is good too. Huge restaurant. Good service. Good tourist place too if you want to try local cuisine.
The duck and pork knuckle were awesome. Really liked it. Starobrno drak beer is great but quite bitter. Brewer's soup tasty but nothing special.
Service a bit lousy but the place is cool, its a big brewery not a micro!
Food was as expected - very good, however, the waiter almost smacked my phone off my hands without saying anything and then he smacked my friend in the head with the tray also not saying anything. Afterwards, the staff surprised there is no tip. Maybe if you bump in somebody you should say something?
