Really appalling communication, after ordering books you will receive an automatic reply that you placed an order and to send money to your account and immediately send a payment receipt. I did everything but two days no reaction that the payment was received or that the order is preparing, just nothing. Then I called, picked up the gentleman, which is not even slowly introduced and tells you that it is working to send me an email when it somehow moves, but when I get the books, again nothing. I hope it will be until the end of this month. Again, I would not order anything here, for me absolutely do not recommend.
