WORST service, this place is a geis distribution point and the guy there is refusing to give me MY package, didnt even check the computer if arrived and told me from the beginning i need to wait more, worst customer service, so unprofessional and frustrating, this was my first and would be the last time i ever go there again

Since August 2019 this newsagent has a new operator. Come and see if the running has improved.

Disgust. The woman who serves there is completely incapable and still robs people. Brno, hl. station. I will never use this tobacconist again.

Does the salesman have to refill the goods and throw away the paper waste when there is a queue in the store and out, and of course the young lady does not manage to do it herself?
