Classic Starbucks, all good!

I always have a nice experience here. Everyone is polite, helpful and friendly. The staff speaks English. This is my favourite Starbucks in Brno.

one of the worst coffee shops ever. I have no idea about other franchise of Starbucks in the city but this franchise is horrible. I used to go there to grab a cup of coffee and relax myself but I was wrong, some staff there are so so rude and I met them twice, one of them gave coffee out of the line on purpose for some reasons that I don't know, I recommend not to go there. interesting, you don't even read my review and send me a default response, this is pity that you don't know anything about customer orientation

Much better than the one in center-its simply not as crowded))
