Nice staff, all skoda cars in various configurations to see.

Service pity, complete dissatisfaction. I was not warned at all that they would be transporting the car, someone pulled the keys from the hood so that it no longer returned to its original position and the return of the car was horrible. They did not prepare the car for pick-up in advance. The car was wearing about 1cm of frozen ice, they only scraped the window in front of it, which all the ice attacked the wipers, where it froze, so they were not allowed to use the wipers. It took me an hour to do it all, mainly because in the invoice "Vacuum and wash the car for free", I do not know where. I'll never go there again.

Desperate level of Škoda service and especially communication with the customer. The technicians explain the problems quite illogically, trying to avoid the supposed liability at all costs, even if everything is covered by insurance and the customer is only concerned with solving the problem. Individual teams (sales and service) communicate in a style that makes them feel that they do not understand that they work for the same company - an answer such as: "We do not do this here", so that after a long questioning you need to contact a colleague next door table. I feel that they used to work better, but with this approach they have no chance in 2021. We will not buy another Škoda in this dealership, which is a pity, because the premises are pleasant and the location near the center of Brno is also good.

I was here for less common service. Apart from the longer waiting period for a spare part from Germany (approx. A month), and not entirely accurate information from the receiving technician, I am quite satisfied in the end.

Fast, reliable communication. The employees act politely and helpfully, which one does not understand, he explains. I respond to emails and communication with the phone. I was satisfied
