Communication zero - I had to urge myself almost daily. In the end, the price was overpriced and nothing was resolved - after a month, the error reappeared. I'm never here again. The worst service I've experienced in all directions.

Car inspection after purchase + I came up with a list of what I didn't see in the car. Chassis knocking, non-reversing reverse, engine vibration. Everything was explained to be functional and no problem was observed. At another service, they replaced my mufflers The bulbs did not glow. I exchanged them myself 60% of the engine vibrations were solved by replacing the silentblock ... I had them replaced by another service center. The diagnostics did not detect any errors. Even a friend with diabetic offenders found them and deleted them for me. So you make the picture yourself ..

Mustgan warranty service: Pros: - done quickly - 70 minutes (oil, brake) - unlike other Ford services in Brno, the receptionist personally inspects the car with a tablet (professional approach) Cons: - signed price 8000, final 8800 - no call, no apology or explanation Absolute minus and unprofessionalism: - car handed back dirty (greasy doors - both, and the trunk) - there was mud or something on the driver's completely clean carpet (cleaned after warning) - the day after the service I noticed that mud is stretched on the door sill (+ seal) of the passenger - the test drive probably served as a fun ride with the passenger, with which I completely did not agree - chipped color on the Volume button on the steering wheel

Terrible experience. Changing the tires on the car for 1.5 hours and charged almost 2000, - and there was no problem !!! Too bad they can't give negative stars.
