I'm very sorry that I have to write a negative review, but definitely not JetWash for me. I had the interior cleaned, due to the pollution I would give 4 stars out of 5. I was just handling a complaint through engine cleaning, which became problematic after cleaning from this company. For the first time, the manager was very nice, I tried to solve everything in peace, because even a mistake can creep in and promised me that he would call me, find out before and how and that we would find a common solution. Then he didn't call me again. So I called him again, the manager was already there. up annoying and began to defend his lawyers that it would be solved through them, that he had nothing to offer me. I wanted the number of the owner and it fenced off and cut me off that complaints go through him and then the lawyers. Okay, so I told him to get a lawyer and I wanted a deadline. He was supposed to call me last Friday and silence again like on a footpath. I am very sorry for this experience, I expected to have my JetWash and my Galaxy cleaned, but due to this problem, I could not sell the car, because I only solved the manager from jetwash or service.

Although a nice dishwasher, but after half an hour I left with a scratched windshield and display in the interior: /

Perfect service, beautiful environment, excellent approach! I can only recommend. Great car. The best hand wash in Brno.
