Great guest house, friendly staff, great food and accommodation!

Compared to Google maps, the pension is called Pod Svahem. We stayed here a week at the end of July. It was a great stay. The Gorcov family are friendly and nice hosts. Breakfast very rich and constantly replenished. The room was good, only the towels are very small, the trash was not taken out for a whole week and at least a small fridge would fit in the room. However, there is a shared fridge in the ground-floor dining room. The guest house also has a lockable, spacious bicycle shed. Free parking at the guest house is spacious and is a great advantage over other guest houses in Kvilda. The guest house does not provide dinner, so we recommend returning from excursions earlier, as most local restaurants no longer cook after 18:00. In terms of price, the stay is at a good level compared to others in Kvilda.

Today Pension Pod Svahem, perfect week in Šumava, rich breakfast, highly recommended.

Willingness and hospitality is probably the creed of the owners. Great, I recommend.
