I do apologize for having to give this kind of negative review, but I have to be honest. I have never in my life seen such rude and ignorant staff. I wish it was something I witnessed once, but it’s unfortunately happened several times to me and also others I know( by the way I am always a really friendly customer, I chose quickly and know what I want, and I am extremely patient and kind with rude people). The staff (not all but most) has zero patience with the customers and are not at all helpful, which is really a shame because it probably prevents quite a lot of sales. However, I have recently made a purchase there and have nothing negative to say about the quality of the products so I do want to clarify that this has NOTHING to do with the products sold at this store. The staff is the huge problem and is definitely not up to the standards of Pandora as a brand. I hope in the future it will get better, but until then I will obtain from any purchases here and am sure others are doing the same.
