A total nightmare. Even though we have written and called the employe dealing with our case many times, he does all he can, so that we don't get our money back. We moved out 3 months ago, after 4 years of renting the flat, and they still haven't given us money back for deposit. They owe us over 40.000 CZK. They don't really respond well, nor were they informing us about the process of moving out, since we gave them our notice in August. We got many fines from electricity and gas companies because VITOM didn't end the services properly. After many e-mails and phone calls, promises of giving the money back - still nothing. It is premeditation. After reading some reviews here, I start to be convinced that this is a common practice of the company.

I was relocating to Brno to start a new job, so I needed to find an apartment quickly, and Patricia Geratová from Vitom group helped me very efficiently. The company unjustifiably withholds the payment of cash for services in 2019. Very complex communication and unprofessional approach. I am currently dealing with the amount of CZK 7,500. This will be followed by billing and settlement for services for 2020. It does not meet the deadlines set by law or its own. I do not recommend for me. Even in the case of sublease services. When moving into the apartment, only one bundle of keys was handed over, despite the fact that the said persons were two. I had to arrange myself. The name change on the bell went to my person again. Actually, whatever was needed, either I arranged myself or I had to wait a very long time. As a bonus for me, the company wanted financial compensation for the so-called Extraordinary Billing of Services, which was closed after a month of solution, as if I did not have to pay them, there was probably an error. After about half a year, a new person sat on customer support and dealt with me again. I received answers such as that the supplier wants them and that they do not have the documents they need to prove to the electricity supplier for a complaint. The whole thing closed after another tiring carousel of proving the fact that, by the very nature of the matter, the money recovered from me is nonsense (for 3 months of living, despite paying advances for services, they wanted to pay 1200CZK / 4 years - when in the second round I proved the nonsense of their request).
