It is not possible to order the Department of Transport, one waits 2 hours before the opening to get its turn and is ready by 1 p.m. They let people stand outside in the winter and rain. It has no effect just a person cools down. I'm sorry this situation can be worth it, but it's terrible. I was standing in line twice and I came half an hour earlier just so I could go to work at 1 pm and have everything done, but in an hour and a half I moved 4 meters. So if you don't have time off, strong nerves and nothing better to do, I recommend it. Otherwise, it's a punishment.
