Absolutely useless bureaucracy. Which still doesn't work and applications are rejected and rejected if you are dealing online. After two weeks of communication and urgency of what to do, I was told to stop in person and really done in 20 minutes. I really don't understand how it is possible to have either so few employees for emails or such locks. If I did work like this company, I would not pay for fines for delay. Never again, even for a fine.

It's nice that the city of Brno takes care of parking information, but the system is probably set up so that you don't call the operator. Some people probably take the money for it, but as is customary in the region, they do not do the work. Push such services ...

Tragedy. Parking machines do not work forever. I'm not in the mood to run down the street and look for a functional one and I'm not obliged to download any applications due to your inability to download !!!

During a complex registration, for which the help does not work, you must somehow automatically have to insert the Technician in the attachment (which is only stated in the help, which is perfectly hidden somewhere in the bowels of the website). Then comes an e-mail stating that everything is OK. The fact that you also have to pay an invoice for everything to start paying you is again in the indistinct text, which is very easy to overlook. And if you want to talk to someone on the infoline, it's almost impossible. If such a service were operated by someone from the private sector, it would have gone bankrupt long ago. It is a pity how public projects of this type are handled.
