My review is for the Dr Anna Prirovora who performs the vaccinations. She speaks English really well, is kind and skilled- I barely felt the injection! We need more doctors like this in Brno!

Poor parking, old building, outdated working conditions .... I recommend moving to the premises of the Embassy in Ostrava. Fortunately, there is a good leader in Brno, Mrs. Komínová, who will take care of everything.

At each visit the ordering time was kept, the doctors were helpful and explained everything. I started coming here for bad experiences in Avenier.

In the context of the work of the Institute of Public Health in Brno, this review only applies to MUDr. The Harbors and her nurses, Mrs. Weiser, in the context of hepatitis A vaccination. During the phone appointment about vaccination, we asked if we should book for a specific time, but the nurse told us not. Our nurse left us for more than an hour and a quarter to visit the vaccine and deliberately took away all our later arriving clients, although we were in the waiting room, which also serves as a waiting room for HIV / AIDS clients, along with a two-year-old daughter. , and other clients were not pre-ordered for a specific time. We did not get any explanation for the procedure - just that we just have to wait. Similar behavior as in the case of MUDr. The Harbors and her sisters, in my opinion, contradict the mission of the health institutions, which have a duty, not a privilege to vaccinate, and very badly represent their work. We eventually left without vaccination.

I had been vaccinated here several times, I had to wait a few times (although I was always booked for a specific time), but there was a delay with previous patients, which is not uncommon in our healthcare. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied with the approach.
