I dont speak Czech. I do understand, but my grammar sucks so speaking is not my stronger side. Usually this is not a very welcomed attribute, especially when you need paperwork. I needed some paper for my driving licence, and the girl there couldn't be nicer. At one moment I did not understood what she said, then I told her my Czech is not that good, she said it doesnt matter, that we will somehow understand each other. I did not have to wait, she was fast and efficient. Very happy with the service!

It takes a while to get there, but I have to say that if I call, I will get adequate information and advise me.

They work twice a week and do not take phones, they probably want to visit in person so that the covid can spread and they go to work twice a week.
