You will never buy what you want here, because they will always tell you that they don't have it and offer you something else "better".

This pharmacy disappointed me a lot. After eye surgery, I needed Strataderm 10g gel. Without comparing prices, I bought it at this pharmacy for 849 CZK. After arriving home, I compared the price and it is usually sold for 550-630 CZK. Even on the Dr.Max website under which this store belongs, this gel is for 620 CZK. It didn't work for me and I called the store. The saleswoman arrogantly replied that they were a private pharmacy and could do the prices they wanted. Yes they can. I'm just sorry for the old people who pay the most for this approach.

It would be nice if the pharmacist at least looked up and looked at the customer as she addressed him, "please?" To let him know that she was already working on him and not cutting out some papers. In this pharmacy, they suffer a lot to get the customer in the right queue ... even if the pharmacy is completely empty 😀

When paying in cash, almost none of the staff returns. They will not return to you until you ask for them and they are still looking at you like thieves.

I like your pharmacy. They always help me choose drugs and other things. One pharmacist recommended me drugs that really helped me and I am very grateful to him 😊
