We had a water valve which needed to be replaced. This guy made an appointment, and then arrived five hours late. When he started working, he accidentally cut through a power wire. We called an electrician to mend the live wire, at which point he still charged us the full amount, in addition to us having to pay the electrician. Afterwards, he never sent a faktura, and when my wife called to follow-up, he told her it was our fault, and that he hopes she dies of cancer. This guy is a bad person. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. This guy is criminal.

The running-in toilet, after the intervention of the plumber, to which we paid 1200 Kc, ran again in a few hours. The effort to solve it was unsuccessful. A payment receipt has been written down to our request on a piece of paper.
