I bought summer sandals last mid-August, and about a year later I complained about torn sandals on my heel. Complained immediately after noticing the defect. As a result, the complaint was rejected on the grounds that the defect was caused by wear and tear caused by normal use. Due to the typology of shoes and this year's weather, I wore sandals together for about 1 month (!!!). If the lifespan of all shoes was 1 month, I would be living under a bridge a long time ago. I definitely do not recommend Gryc shoes at Starobrněnská in Brno. Jitka Holubová

I was a regular customer in my first complaint because I liked the product. Then she came after a year of complaint - she cracked the skin. At first, the shoemaker's shoes were dirty. Okay, I brought them home, washed and polished. The second visit welcomed me with the words: "These shoes are worn, you have only half a year until the end of the warranty, we do not disapprove." I do not know how the lady salesman, but I do not buy the boots in the showcase, but to wear. Therefore, the complaint is rejected and I am content to buy somewhere else
