I no longer shop here and I discourage acquaintances if they want to go shopping here. Problem with complaints, ignorant saleswomen - an example from this week: for one and the same shoes on some boxes the price is about 40% lower, just for the size that mom bought was the price without a discount - she asked at the cash register and was convinced that it had to be different shoes - it would be enough to take a few steps and go see for yourself. In the end, we didn't even care about the price, but the saleswoman should know, or at least she should go find out if someone notifies her. Every time I come here with someone, something assures me that I will not spend my money here.

I wait 10 minutes first in line before Miss Lucie writes down a complaint. The complainant has long since left, but the saleswoman writes down the complaint on paper and is unable to serve me. A really disastrous and free approach to customers discouraged me from making further purchases.

On June 16, 2020, in the afternoon, I was buying shoes here. I didn't have a pre-selection and I made my last-minute decisions. However, the saleswomen in the store were very kind, they were able to advise, they explained to me where it was and even talked to me for a while. Even a young lady who was at the cash register advised me and made the shop more pleasant. I was completely satisfied with the purchase.

The quality of footwear is catastrophic. They do not accept complaints. Shoes for 1000 CZK will fall apart after two or three months ...

In any case, I do not recommend shopping with this company. All shoes are from Poland and their quality is very poor. I gave them three chances and three times I deal with the complaint within half a year of buying when the shoes fell apart. Another thing is that they refuse to return your money when you accept a complaint and force you to choose another product. If you do not find any, prolong your claim for another month and do it 3 times in a row. If you insist on a refund, he will make an excuse that the leader is not present, then that the leader is ill and they cannot decide. The last complaint I dealt with 52 days after the recognized complaint of shoes when I constantly refused to return the money that I have to choose other goods. It was a pre-complaint that helped me because they kept my money for 52 days.
