So far I've always come across nice staff. I also have good experience with complaints. I have always been acknowledged and have been given the opportunity to change shoes / refund money / buy a gift voucher. Unfortunately, I go to complaints quite often, I have great boots from here for about 7 years, but other winter shoes have always lasted about a year. However, this depends more on footwear products and also on the fact that I walk a lot and have only one seasonal shoe.

Opaque Complaint Procedure with Malicious Reasons to Reject. So - you buy cheap shoes and if it falls apart in a week or a year, you'll have to buy another one.
