I claimed leather winter boots here. Too tight seams on the right shoe above the tip of the foot caused great swelling, the left shoe was all right. After two days of complaint handling, I was informed about the cancellation of the purchase agreement and I picked up the full amount for which I bought a given shoe a year ago. The staff's access was quick and I definitely recommend this business.
The shoes can't be returned ... they can only be exchanged for a card
Strongly passive attendants ... not like ladies.
