I bought a ticket in the train and I paid by a banking card. After 5min, the steward told me that the payment was not successful (but my account was credited) and I had to pay again by cash, card payment would be returned within 5 days. It is more than one week, and still no refund of card payment. I paid twice per one way.

It happened in Na Knížecí. Empty seats right before departure are owned by passengers except asian people. In spite of our early arrival and long time waiting, We were pushed back. It looks like racism. Czechia image goes down. I will never go to Czech again.

On todays bus 20:30 Brmo-Vienna a stewardess did not allow a passenger with her assistant dog to get on the bus. You should inform your staff way better! Interrdting that the same paddenger dis manage to get on the 20:40 bus going to vienna.
