I did not want to cancel the order when it is outside normal working hours. When we arrived, he was uncomfortable again and finally said that our car did not cut because the tires are not new enough. He took the tires into the car and started ignoring us, ie he did another job and didn't even say hello. Unfortunately, it was so late that they were no longer available from the second tire service or in any other. So we drove unnecessarily 60km and lost over 2 hours of time plus another hour by solving it all. In addition, quarrels in the family due to this awkward situation and a spoiled evening program due to delays. In addition, an unprofessional approach, an unpleasant, negative owner of a tire service, who probably sees only catastrophes and negations everywhere due to his negative approach. In addition, the tire service is in an inaccessible place, difficult to navigate in winter. It is difficult to enter the building and even worse to leave.
