The entire front desk staff made us feel like family. Every time we had a question they went above and beyond. If they were not busy they walked with us to our room to make sure we were pleased with everything. The restaurant staff and bar tenders were also so friendly. Again they made us feel like family. Special thanks to Galina Vychodillova’ who made our trip to Prague so comfortable.

Excellent beer Radegast 12, clean interior, friendly staff. Very tasty food at affordable prices.
