Honestly - avoid this place. The lowest standard of accommodation, service, food I've experienced for long time.....

Rude, ignorant staff and badly organized. Do not recommend the place.

Good basic accomodation. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet ok. Possible to eat hot traditional food in evening Close to bicycle roads

The surroundings are beautiful, the location of the place itself allows bike trips in all directions, Třeboň, Chlum, Jindřichův Hradec. Accommodation was disappointing, however. Booked through booking with the fact that the room should have a microwave, dishes ..... no way. The quadruple room is definitely not equipped in this way. The room is very austere, the handles are broken, the back is out of place, the carpets in the room and in the corridors with an unmistakable abrasion, mold in the shower. The mattresses of the divided beds (3 per bed) have really experienced something. One table, something between night and conference (if you want to eat or play cards with it, you better sit on the floor, one ikei chair doesn't fit anyway 😉) and otherwise nothing. You can arrange things on the windowsill of one window. Bed linen quite comfortable, towels in the room ... better own. We did not have breakfast or dinner, I do not rate. Refreshments in the area are not brewed (drowned or pickled camembert), beer Postřižiny or Plzeň. Can be consumed on an open ticket for the duration of the stay (each option). Trampoline for kids great, ping pong would like a change of bats. Although the owner and I clarified something on departure and I do not complain that he would not be accommodating, next time we will try something different.

Accommodation is average but was clean, water hot :) so OK. What really amused us was the served dinner allegedly worth 130 CZK, children's, really children's portion of ham pieces, where the most expensive was a slice of cucumber-funny was when everyone in the dining room after dinner evaluated the food and portion size (after half an hour the staff came with a huge portion of food that there is nothing left for them ... unfortunately it is not possible to buy or order anything except drowning and camembert, nobody goes to the place of food delivery :))) it is necessary to take this into account when the children get lost on the trampoline and are hungry .. so I recommend eating somewhere nearby. breakfast was much better, in the form of buffets, food was plenty, but there was a lack of coffee, some soft drinks.
