Hráz rybníka Rožmberk

A massive dam that retained 70,000,000 m3 of water in 2002 !!! A beautiful example of the ingenuity of our ancestors. A monumental work was created that is worth seeing. The walk along the dike is beautiful and relaxing in every season. And there is enough space for a lot of people without veils. 😉😆😆🦎

In the summer, it is better not to come here without repellent (our experience when traveling by bike on the dam). The size of this work is really magnificent.

If it is not here, it is an amazing place with centuries of history, which when visiting Třeboň we never forget to visit. This year we "hit" the catch and we have to say that everything is commercialized and it is probably only a matter of time, when it will be collected not only for parking, but at the time of the catch and the entrance to the dike ... at the time of harvest. :)

2 km long pleasant ride under ancient oak trees. I admire the incredible toil of thousands of workers they were able to build in 6 years in the 15th century
