Very bad experience and agreement on freezing. We had tickets to the Prague show half a year in advance. One week before the event we received an SMS warning that the departure is at 15:00 from Dačice. It was 14:47 and the bus was leaving before our eyes. After a while we called Invie and there the lady told us that now she does not know how to help us and after 10 minutes called again to suggest if we were able to arrive in 20 minutes to Jindrichuv Hradec Alberta, that there would be a driver Waited 5 minutes. We were really amazed at this proposal and the lady put the crown on her phone after she refused a nice weekend. I really do not understand how Invie could afford this. The fact that she is new does not really excuse her and if she does not realize that before each departure should check the number of passengers and keep a list, so there probably would have nothing to do there. The only luck was that at least the money we lost was at least refunded to us. So thank you Invie, but next time nothing.
