Elektro Peterka is one of the worst stores where I had the opportunity to shop. Reluctance, operator skills could be discussed. Some time ago, I had the TV repaired via this electronics, when it was not repaired even after 14 days, we learned after a telephone emergency that the TV had fallen and broken during transport to the service. When buying a new TV, an error turned out immediately during its tuning and the staff was very reluctant to deal with complaints. I award one star because it is not possible to award less. Summary: unprofessional, often arrogant behavior towards the customer, the ability to advise on the selection is virtually zero.

I like to buy in this store. Pleasant modern environment with very friendly shop staff. I'm busy working and I have always tried to meet time. This included the Saturday delivery and the installation of the goods purchased after working hours. I recommend this business, I am very satisfied
