I needed to pay extra for social insurance so that I could apply for support for entrepreneurs affected by the government's "anti-anti-crime" measures. In the "covid time", the working hours should theoretically be from 8 am to 5 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, but practically all my attempts to appeal have failed these days. A few hours before the end of the shift, the operator even informed me that no one was there for me anymore. Is it so hard to endure two days a week at work until the end of the shift? Or do OSSZ officials not receive training on how to pick up the phone? At a time when entrepreneurs need to do something all the time? The state's attempt to sink small and medium-sized businesses is truly complex - it is probably the only comprehensive solution the government has ever been able to come up with. Deploying incompetent OSSA officials on entrepreneurs is unfortunately an effective tactic in this war.
