Banners everywhere in Abertamy, but we arrive at the place and closed. The second time and again. Only from the reviews will I learn that since March. Why isn't it on the birds? The sign at the café does not say whether it is closed permanently or just that day ....... understandable, I express your answer, but not every tourist checks reviews and websites before visiting an establishment, especially if there are banners everywhere, I don't think anyone would kill them to temporarily re-glue it that it's closed. We visited this nice cafe 4 adults and 3 children. Except for us, no one was there. We sat inside. We ordered coffee, drinks for children and all desserts. Everything was handed to us on the counter, from where we had to carry it all to our table. Like in a buffet. The coffee and desserts looked very nice. But we haven't drunk such ugly coffee anywhere yet. Tastefully really terrible. Which was also said by a woman who drinks the most ordinary instant type coffee, etc. The dessert, on the other hand, was very good. We will not visit this cafe anymore. I give two 2 stars just for the environment and delicious dessert. Otherwise for the service 0 (I have never met with such an approach in a cafe) and for the coffee if it were possible minus.

One-woman operation. Always very courteous and with advice and action, as well as lots of love. Great coffee and cake selection, fresh teas are recommended. It's a bit off the track, but worth it.

We hid in the café with a bunch of children from bad weather and even though we did not spend much, the owner was very nice, communicated, even tried to entertain the children.
