Had to pop into try and get my headlights changed for an 800ml trip back to the UK. The reception staff were helpful with basic translation but relied more on Google to help out. The mechanics on the other hand were not. I asked if I could get my headlight bulbs changed which is usually a 3 min affair at halfords. Here it turned in to a ping pong match, they went from a day to a week to get it changed!!! The whole affair took almost an hour at the end I just bought replacement bulbs and youtubed how to do it myself. VW this is not what I expect from a global car company!!

Reluctant arrogant lady in the service department, it was impossible to make an absolute agreement with her on the 8th attempt, after arriving at the branch I had to wait 15 minutes for a person to come kindly from the lunch break and after her contemptuous approach never again.
