If you need IT professionals, be sure not to look for them here. My grandfather came to them with an old laptop, which was already slow but still functional, and the only drawback was that he couldn't play football in Chrome. A Maxcomp employee tried to give him Win 10 there, unsuccessfully. He didn't think to enter the name into Google, where he could read that this type only supports Vista and Sevens, instead he returned ntb to his grandfather with the words that the disk is defective (not, tried). But what lifted me out of my chair is that they didn't even try to return the ntb to its original state, but after the unsuccessful installation of dozens, they simply turned it off and returned the ntb not working, with the disk erased, although they promised to make a backup. They didn't even tell him it was out of order, he found out at home! But what they didn't forget to tell Grandpa was that they could give him a new disk and Windows 10 (they couldn't, the board just doesn't support it) for FIVE THOUSAND CROWNS! So the retirees broke his only functional laptop, didn't tell him it was broken, and they'll talk about such an outrageous amount. I really wonder what they would do if he really decided to pay them the five thousand and they figured out that the tens wouldn't even fight there with a new disc. Not to mention that when Grandpa was leaving, this would-be expert said goodbye to him, saying that he was glad that the laptop was gone and he didn't have to deal with it. For your info, I put an SSD (700CZK), a second RAM (200CZK) and a Linux Mint in his laptop and he walks football and everything around, but no one will return the photos to him, will they? It's just that it's better not to fix it better and cheaper. He goes, but he wants to think a little. I understand you have a lot of work to do now, but you should be really ashamed of that. It took me about an hour to repair that laptop, but unlike you, I don't live on IT. I hope he doesn't think of going to you with any HW next time.

It will seem normal for an old person to bring you an older laptop, where you will not find out the parameters of the laptop and automatically reinstall windows that do not fit there and you can no longer return to the original state in which it was delivered to you and now can not turn on and return and still ask for money?
