The place was perfectly clean. Loved staying there.beautiful location. Breakfast was amazing and looked very good. There was no problem with parking or late arrival. And the staff were top notch, very polite and helpfull. Very very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Incredibly well furnitured rooms, however the rooms are a bit tight and there was no parking spot, although it was promised. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Apartament with full equiped kitchen. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Staff: friendly and helpful. Room: super clean, nice interior design, small but good size for two people. Bathroom: good shower with enough room to move, hairdryer actually dries hair. I really appreciated all the extra gadgets eg. Digital scale and mobile holder next to the toilet! Location: excellent, right in the heart of all the attractions and just one street next to the main fountain. Etc: giant TV, outside sitting area with comfortable chairs, surprise breakfast (croissant with Nutella, cheese and instant coffee mixes), free spa cup We could hear next room TV quite loud but other than that, loved it. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Františkovy Lázně.
