This ATM was installed due to the reason that the for years the closest one was 9 km away, which caused a lot of problems for incoming tourists and the locals. For Czech people the fees are typically between 70-80 Kč for a withdrawal if you have a bank that is different to Moneta. But for foreigners (people from Poland especially) the fee for withdrawal is high. If you are Polish, please be mindful of the fact that you are travelling to another country, even though it is very close to your border. Therefore, you NEED Czech crowns to pay here. The nearby "kantor", this ATM and everywhere else, where you will pay with zloty will result in you getting an unfavourable exchange rate. PLEASE exchange your Polish zloty at home in your country. And if you ever do travel abroad and need to withdraw from a foreign ATM, please realize that you will (more often than not) get a bad exchange rate everywhere - not just in Adrspach.

I confirm. For 500 crowns you will pay 695 crowns. The bank charges CZK 195 and it cannot be avoided. Unfortunately, during my visit, a competing Czech ATM 9 km away was closed due to a detour. Consequently, after an unsuccessful attempt to pay in a pub at the exit from the rock city by bank transfer, I had to use the thieving service of the MONETA Money Bank. I strongly advise against. Take cash with you or make sure the Czech premises accept card payments. They do not warn you that payment is only cash. You have to ask.

Sadly, I drowned the extra 200 crowns in the commission charged by the thief's ATM. I recommend buying crowns in a nearby exchange office.

Having a revolut card, I paid CZK 500 for PLN 100 and I did not pay any commission :)
