Super super super, pleasant environment and the owners.

The guesthouse has great potential, unfortunately the owners kill it by the fact that our room and especially the bathroom were not properly cleaned for about a very long time. The toilet looked as if she hadn't seen cleaning products in many months. Overall, the waste smelled and there was a smell of mold. They wash their bed linen and towels themselves and dry them outside, unfortunately they collect them wet and stink. We had the opportunity to have dinner for 120 CZK, they were some semi-finished products and when we were offered spaghetti for the second time in 6 nights, we refused them thanks. Breakfasts are the same every day, one gets a maximum of half an egg, the whole thing would be too much. We were the only clients for more nights (the others were through Slevomat for 2 nights) and we got the smallest room. The outdoor areas of the pension are great. I think it would be enough to work on cleaning, buy a clothes dryer and come up with variations of breakfast for each day different, and immediately the impression would be 100% better.

Pension with a beautiful garden with activities for children (carousel, sandpit, trampoline, swimming pool). The disadvantage is the location close to the road and train track. The downside for us was that we could not use the services offered - massages (which do not take place in the heat), gym (occupied for accommodation) ... Breakfast - for us a little sleep time (3 slices of ham, hunter, eidam, butter, honey and jam ...). Otherwise the surroundings are wonderful!

During the first communication, everything looks fine, until you ask for details about the accommodation. For example, the beds, which are probably true after reading the reviews here. I never give reviews, people are different and have different requirements, which is logical. I also understand that it is stated on the website what type of accommodation it is, however, that is why it would be appropriate to adjust the price and not ask what other operators have in the area for more comfortable accommodation or services, etc ... More dissatisfied customers write here. who was innocent, the lady owner is no longer as pleasant as is sometimes written here. She states that she is neither a hotel nor a spa.
