I will never order a door here again. "Willing" Mrs. Prukner, the door was supposed to be at the end of May, at the end of June I called what was happening, but I was obviously bothered. Only empty promises and excuses that the technician will call, etc. We still don't have a door.

I had an entrance door manufactured here, I consulted at the store about the requirements I have for the quality of the door. I wanted a lifted door that was muffled by noise and new futra. At the store, everything was explained to me (I thought I was talking to an expert) that the new futra in a block of flats are doing badly, that a piece of the wall could break through more than I wanted, so I chose the recommended halfboards. The door is like out of the box, I hear on the 4th floor as someone goes to the block of flats, the cladding is useless and I have not ordered the threshold until now and I have the door for 3 years. I complained assembly three times and without a solution until I wrote at the headquarters, so at least arrived and repaired the fixation of the handle. I do not recommend, be sure to reach a competition that does its job at least properly. Here you pay fušerům.

We waited almost half a year for the door compared to the promised 4-6 weeks. Reportedly they sent another shade of the front door. I don't understand the waiting time anymore. Constant excuses for everything possible. Assembly even more tragic. For two door panels we have a hole 1 and 1.5 cm from the floor. The entrance door has a gap of up to 2 cm between the seal and the door. Reduced door noise loses meaning + heat leaks. The door panel peeled off twice at the front door, after a complaint and re-peeling, I glued it on myself. I'm not talking about scratching during assembly. When ordering promises how everything will be done including assembly. Nothing pleasant living thanks to this company for 4 months without doors, mainly toilet, bathroom. Never more!

Satisfaction, I bought a door from this company to the whole house, they have no mistake. Fast delivery of goods and quality at 1 * 😉👍

Prices favorable, the assembly is worse. I've waited weeks to repair the assembly.
