Satisfaction. I contacted Mr. Snizek, a representative of the company, by phone regarding a spare part for a weapon. The meeting was very accommodating. The part is not currently in stock, but he promised to provide it to the manufacturer as soon as possible. Thank you.

Unprofessional and vulgar behavior when dealing with complaints. One will decently declare a complaint and is immediately threatened by the court and the police. Finally, I have decided to buy nothing at all here.
