Unfortunately, cooperation with Robot World when filing a complaint is a real failure. I bought a cleaning robot from Robot World with a 2-year warranty. From the very beginning of its use, the robot had problems and reported errors that prevented further use of the device. Since then, I have been applying for a device replacement or a refund. I still get answers from Robot World that the vacuum cleaner will be sent to an authorized service center for repair. The problem is that the robot has been sent for repair already 4 times, each time I get a device that breaks after a few days or max weeks. In addition, the authorized service together with Robot World simply lies, not accepting faults. Recently, it happened that the fault was not recognized and I received a device saying that my vacuum is working properly. But after opening the package, the robot could not even start. So I just got a broken vacuum cleaner saying that it works without faults. I sent the robot back right away, for the 4th time and then they accepted the fault. This confirms that the robot did not function properly before, as stated in the previous answer. In conclusion, I cannot use the purchased equipment with a 2-year warranty, most of the time this equipment is under warranty repair and goes to the seller and back, and Robot World cynically delays until the warranty expires and does not replace it, nor a refund. I consider cooperation with Robot World a waste of costs and time and I sincerely advise against it.

They delete negative reviews from the web on their products. Updates promise over a year and still nothing. Application for a Symbo vacuum cleaner from a high school student - something is not possible at any time. I do not recommend!

Very poor communication. I called three times to repair the robot to agree on a repair and I didn't say anything. They always tell me that someone called me to take care of it, but someone never called me. Very unserious actions. I entered the fix 4.3. !!! I entered exclusively by telephone contact. Nothing. They said they sent me something by e-mail, but I didn't get anything from the e-mail I state on the order. I don't know what to do with them. Today is 29.4 .. the owner of this company should probably consult among the employees. I don't understand what they are paying for. Last time I urged the repair yesterday and again no one called despite the promise. If you have the opportunity, contact another sales and service company!
