Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review. I order via e-shop with the possibility of collection at the store and this is not the first time that for a) they canceled the order, for b) they promised a deadline, but they did not meet or for c) nothing happened for a long time and for example canceled again after 14 days of waiting order. I think they have a mess in the e-shop and in the warehouse when they offer something through the e-shop that they haven't had in a long time. If it happened once ... But only about 1 out of about 5 orders came out to me: / And I'm not talking about the fact that delivery from the warehouse to the store takes them 14 days, which is also funny to me nowadays.

Good service, quite clear layout
Books are fine. Although today almost every title is available in electronic form, that rustling of paper will not replace it. And that's why I like to come here, choose some and then shout. There is a decent choice, good prices and helpful staff. In conjunction with the possibility of further shopping in the shopping center is great.
I strongly recommend and wish happy customers who like me return.
