On the recommendation of the seller in the roaster I tried Diplomat, it should be with minimal acidity and with a little fruity tones and chocolate. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, given the price corresponding to premium coffees, the aroma of ground coffee and the taste of extracted espresso were somewhat flat, with still quite pronounced acidity, bitterness (which I prefer and I asked for) only slowly, tones of chocolate weak. Of course, the question of personal taste preferences. For me, the price does not match the result. I had to try a mixture with Robusta, but I often drink doubleshot, so I try to reduce caffeine.
