It is currently open 2 days a week, Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon, respectively. No one corrects the influx of clients. People gather outside when there is an argument about who came first. Long waiting time.

I don't know if it's covidem or not, but I repeatedly failed to call the branch in Hradec Králové. If I wrote an email, tk answered within 3 days, which is still good at this time. The problem was finally solved by the main infoline of the general insurance company, which has a phone here on the Internet that lasted 5 minutes, and I knew where the problem was in my contract. I appreciate people offering other services like this at banks where you are insured.
