The Labská reservoir or the Labská reservoir (formerly the Krausova Bouda dam) is a water work built on the Elbe River on the southern edge of Špindlerův Mlýn and its part of Labe. It was built in 1910-1916, mainly as flood protection. This is the highest level of the Łabie water system, which captures the majority of snow in the central part of the Giant Mountains. Since 1994, a small hydropower plant operates in the dam. The dam is 41.5 m high, 153.5 m long and 55 m wide, the length of the water reservoir is 1.2 km, its area is 40 ha. The II / 295 road bridge, built in the 1980s, is 120 meters high, and its highest pillar is 30 meters high. In summer possible for someone interesting place when behind the dam after launching a lift. Ted was just interesting to see how every day raises the level.
