A great pharmacy, the greatest asset of which is the owner. A real pharmacist (in the old, good style), not just a drug seller like in chain stores (Polish or Czech). A wise, nice person, open to customers, who will always provide professional advice and answer all questions. Many drugs are cheaper than in Poland, and if you need a more difficult one, it is enough to send an email in advance. I sincerely recommend and regret that this pharmacy is located several hundred kilometers from my place of residence. But every time I visit this area, I visit it!

Such a small pharmacy, but probably the owner could teach other pharmacists how to approach people, you can see that he enjoys work.

This is by far the best pharmacy in town. Yes! This small unrecognizable store and not the fancy BENU thing. What's wrong about the concurrence? I gave it the name "the pharmacy that is always closed". 5 minutes before the official closing I googled for other pharmacies and found the Lékàrna Na Hrade. It is a little hard to find but it is great. The owner works on the counter and is friendly and always helpful. He even shows you cheaper options for prescriptions without asking him. You may guess I am German so it is a little hard to communicate sometimes. I only know how to greet and thank properly in Czech. But his German went impressively well. It gets better by the time it takes to look at something in the dictionary. The best is the opening hours for sure! Officially he closes at 5 PM/17.00 but he says you can always ring the bell in some urgent cases (please do not ring the bells midnight for some aspirin please after you read this probably sleeps upstairs and you have better reasons to waking up in the middle of the night). So: +: excellent opening hours, very friendly service, good prices, (basic German speaking) -: "hidden" location nobody would randomly stumble over, language barrier for Germans In German: The best pharmacy in Hradek! Dear Zittauer: go there and not to the "always closed" competition. In this pharmacy you will find everything you need, you can redeem easily German Green Private Recipes (if there is the remedy), the service is very friendly and always with a smile. Payment in Euro is not a problem and it is always the current exchange rate. The store is usually reachable beyond the official opening hours, as the boss still serves much longer than 5pm. Then through the window but without any impact. Until 20 o'clock I've always met someone there. The stark opposite to the Benu chain a bit further. They also like to make it before the official closing, although they are only open a few hours a day. The proprietor's German is far from perfect but it is getting better and better and he also looks into the dictionary if it matters.
