Super family hotel, excellent cuisine and the most pleasant service

I really liked this hotel. Everything is very home-like. I arrived for 7 days in August 2017. For the first time I had a rest in a sanatorium, so I can't say something categorical about the procedures - I liked it. There was a massage, gas injections, inhalations, pearl baths, lymphatic drainage, some magnetic treatments. The doctor assigned me source # 11 and # 6. After a while, having googled, I was upset that I wasted my time on source number 11, because I am a woman of 33 years old)). And No. 11 is somehow not at all in my suit)) Since the main interest, coming to Karlovy Vary, I had to improve the condition of the gastrointestinal tract, I assigned myself No. 12 and drank it instead of 11. The body accepted mineral water normally. I didn't go to the doctor again. Pros: very caring and helpful staff. We are always ready to meet halfway, they will take into account all wishes and requests. I would especially like to note at the reception - the girl Rinata and one of the uncles who stay at the reception at night. They literally guessed desires)) They were always ready to give everything that they have) The food was generally tasty and a lot)) You won't be able to lose weight) And most importantly - the food was low-fat! Dry rations are also rather big) And at the end they gave Karlovy Vary waffles on the track) Trifle, but nice! Minus: I am very sensitive to noise and for me the refrigerator in the room is loud enough. It is old, with ice in the freezer, so I did not turn it off. The room is not ventilated enough - the windows close by themselves, so when I wanted to ventilate, I propped up the shutters with something. And the first thing I noticed when entering the room was the smell like my grandmother had in childhood. Maybe from the furniture in the room (it is antique or semi-antique), maybe due to the fact that the room is difficult to ventilate. The rest is clean, nice, cozy.

We really enjoyed. Tasty cook. The rooms are nice and clean. Warmly welcomed and escorted.
