Stowage place for Alza packages, where they are not willing to accept shipments. What is the point? Reviews and ratings absolutely justified. Once you have decided to work with Alza as a storage place, you should provide your customers with the services they expect. The fact that you have not solved internal processes between you, Alza and transport companies, customers are not very interested. I have information from the carrier that you were just arrogant, because you are picking up on a small shop and you are not adapted to it. Then I do not understand why you provide these services, if you do not have the space, experience, etc.?! I have my nerves firmly in the days before Christmas.
