I ordered a spare part that came broken because it was insufficiently packed. The subsequent complaint with the carrier was resolved only after pressure, with a weekly delay, so without compensation. I do not recommend this company.

The only ones that did not send me to hell with the repair of an older boiler, Mr. Lukáš Prokop arrived that day when I called and repaired the boiler even though it was not entirely grateful work. So thank you very much for me and recommend it. Zuzka Dolakova, Piskov

Mr Prokop is a person who takes double the amount of work he has done and, on the other hand, refuses to deal with claims. I mean, if you even call him. Definitely not recommended.
