Good day, on November 26, 2020, I was with my mother in Olomouc (115 km from home) and we found ourselves in need. As the flashlight in the car (dark VW Tiguan) stopped charging and all sorts of functions were gradually switched off, we decided to visit your service. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the service adviser, Mr. Radek Zdráhal, and the master of the workshop, Mr. Richard Kemler, for their great kindness and willingness to help us as much as possible without any ordering or announcement in advance. I appreciate your great help and human approach. Thank you very much for the first aid to our car, which took us home safely and then finally to Znojmo, where we had it repaired by an authorized Suchý service center - a problem with the alternator.
