I do not understand the impossibility of representing a colleague who got lost somewhere and handing over the key to the finished car after service. Probably everyone is a specialist. 😀 So we waited 15 minutes ...

FORD service Nothing much. In the morning, I handed my car to a guaranty service for some swollen guy who looked poisoned - I suppose he probably was after the calving of his red eyes. He did not ask for any defects, nor would he or she be in disarray. He did not even find coffee before he printed the order sheet or the possibility to get out of the service site, as is the good practice of other similar services. In the afternoon I was picking up the car after the service - again no communication, no offer of a kafíčka or mention of defects removed or replaced oil or filters. He just wanted a signature and handed the keys. After checking the engine compartment, I found out just the extras and no oil extraction! The oil was black, as the vix oil can not stand for six hundred liters! And erasing the error messages - there were eight and everything about the emission sensors. After returning to service reception and my oil color query, I was told that it was normal at 70,000 KM 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Holding another car will not be Ford anymore, and I will be driving elsewhere

I'd give zero if it could. Now, after exchanging "authorized" service for a mechanic who does what he likes, I learn how good and good work he does in this circus. Thanks to the ability of the masters working here I was 4 weeks without a car. They didn't offer a replacement car, and even a week later, he couldn't reach it. Subsequently, I was told that the mechanic was sick. As a result, they repaired the defect, but the previous visit was unfortunately sad as well. Basically, they did some things, but they were useless when it was just half the work a car really needed. In short, a lot of money little music. :)
